Thiam Siew Ave freehold sites sold for S$815m; it's biggest housing site sale since 2018 cooling measures
22 plots of freehold development sites at Thiam Siew Avenue have been sold via public tender at the price of S$815 million.
With a combined land area of 263,794 square feet, this makes the sale the biggest land sale recorded in the year of 2021 thus far.
The winning bid was submitted by the joint venture partners of Hoi Hup Realty and Sunway Developments.
